Retreats
Jen and her team also run residential holiday breaks and healing retreats in other centres throughout the country.
It is often helpful to get away from the pressures of life and take time out to be in God’s presence and find His healing. Difficult experiences can sometimes rattle our Christian faith and delayed shock can make God feel far away.
During these breaks Jen aims to offer:
- TLC and the chance to talk to people who understand from experience
- The opportunity to relax in a beautiful, peaceful setting
- Help in finding renewed or deeper intimacy with God
- Christian prayer for healing
- Advice on how loss affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
- The chance to meet others who are also travelling a difficult road and to form supportive friendships
